At Broussard’s Delta Kitchen, we serve amazing Creole dishes that are unmatched anywhere in Kentucky and throughout the southeast. Chef and Owner Greg Scott learned to cook as a child under the loving care of his Grandma Broussard. Today, after years of cooking in various parts of the U.S., he has returned to Kentucky and uses the same level of care he learned from his grandma in preparing every meal.
