We open for Lunch at 11 on Saturdays and our Lunch Special today is Beef Debris over Bowtie Pasta. This a traditional Delta dish served on the weekends made from the debris in the pan left over from a roast. We use Prime Rib Ends, Wild Mushrooms and Filet Mignon Tips simmered in a Brandy Cream for the Broussard's version. YUM! $15
Tonight's Dinner Special is Rainbow Trout Almondine. We dust a whole Rainbow in crushed Almond Flour, pan saute' it and top it with Candied Almonds, then serve it with Potatoes Brabant. $24
For Dessert tonight we have Berries and Cream with Lemon Shortcake, Bill Gates Chocolate Torte (Gluten Free even!) Peanut Butter Pie, Almond Amaretto Cheesecake and of course, our neighborhood famous White Chocolate Bread Pudding with Chantilly Cream.
